Nastassia S. Robinson

Nastassia S. Robinson is an Attorney-at-Law and Psychologist with a unique interdisciplinary approach to civil litigation and advocacy. Her dual expertise allows her to provide comprehensive legal counsel, balancing legal strategy with a deep understanding of human behavior, conflict resolution, and the psychological dimensions of litigation.

With extensive experience in civil litigation, Nastassia represents clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, and administrative challenges. She is skilled in managing all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to trial advocacy and appellate proceedings. Her keen analytical skills and client-focused approach ensure tailored solutions to complex legal problems.

As a Psychologist, Nastassia brings added depth to her legal practice, and she is adept at managing sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism, making her an exceptional advocate in matters involving vulnerable individuals or communities. Nastassia holds a BSc. in International Relations & Economics (minor) from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of the West Indies, Barbados, and a Msc. in Psychology from Cardiff University, the United Kingdom. She is also a Chevening Scholar (2022-2023) and was admitted to practice in Jamaica on December 15, 2015.
